A wonderful sister.
A special friend.
That's what you've been to me....
So much a part of the lovely times that I keep in my memory.

I was able to hear Peggy's voice last night.
Her husband called me from her room at the nursing home and let her talk to me.
It was a wonderful gift to hear her voice.
It didn't matter that she could not carry on a conversation. I knew that she was listening to the sound of my voice and I was listening to the sound of hers.
Who would have ever thought that hearing......
Yes, un-huh and OK could ever sound so sweet.
I Love You Today, Peggy!

I'm glad you got to talk with her, but wish I could turn back time for both of you. Margo
I am SO glad you were able to hear her voice. I have a feeling that particular moment will be one of your most acute memories of her. I hate that you and others have to go through the agony of losing a loved one this way.
Love you, dear one.

I know this has got to be the hardest of times for you, and I am so glad that you got to talk to and hear Peggy on the phone. Even though the moments you share with her are few and far between nowadays, they are moments you will always cherish and will keep safe in YOUR memory, even if Peggy can't keep them in hers.
I continue to pray for Peggy, and for you...
Jackie
